Nuzler may offer tools that help publishers receive, review, import, or publish newsletter-style content. Depending on how you use these tools, we may process:

• Message details such as sender, subject, timestamp, preview text, and related delivery information
• Newsletter content you choose to save, preview, draft, publish, or otherwise process through Nuzler
• Images, links, formatting, and related content needed to display a selected newsletter as a Nuzler

How We Use Newsletter Data

We use newsletter-related data to provide the product features you request, including:

• Showing incoming items in your publisher workspace
• Helping you decide what to draft, publish, delete, or keep private
• Displaying published Nuzlers with reasonable source attribution
• Maintaining platform reliability, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting user-facing issues

Mailbox Controls

When Nuzler connects with a third-party email provider, we use access only for the user-facing newsletter workflow you authorize. We do not sell email provider data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

• You decide what to publish from your publisher workspace.
• You can disconnect supported providers or revoke provider access through Nuzler or the provider's account controls.
• Provider data remains subject to the provider's own terms, privacy policy, and account settings.

Retention

• Published Nuzlers remain available unless removed by you, moderation, or platform policy.
• Drafts, inbox items, account records, and logs may be retained as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and support account recovery.
• We may retain limited backup or audit records for a reasonable period after deletion where necessary for security, compliance, or operational integrity.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Nuzler platform
• Process and display your Nuzlers, profiles, subscriptions, and interactions
• Enable interactions between users
• Provide newsletter receiving, importing, publishing, and moderation features
• Process payments, subscriptions, and account verification where applicable

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information in these limited circumstances:

• Public content: Published Nuzlers, public profiles, comments, and public interactions are visible to other users and visitors as intended.
• Service providers: We use vendors that help with hosting, payments, communications, analytics, security, and similar operational needs. They may process information only as needed to provide services to Nuzler.
