Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Nuzler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nuzler's website, publisher tools, content feeds, newsletter features, and related services. By accessing or using Nuzler, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are intended to explain the user relationship with Nuzler. They do not disclose confidential security controls, private infrastructure, internal operating procedures, trade secrets, or product strategy.

Description of Service

Nuzler is a social publishing platform for discovering, publishing, and interacting with newsletter-style content. Depending on your account and subscription, Nuzler may allow you to:

• Create, draft, schedule, publish, delete, and manage content called "Nuzlers"
• Follow publishers, subscribe to publisher activity, and view feeds
• Interact with content through nuzes, comments, views, and sharing features
• Receive, review, import, and publish newsletter-style content where supported
• Manage publisher profile, billing, settings, and subscriptions through the publisher portal

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of Nuzler, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information updated
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Types

Nuzler may offer different account types, roles, tiers, or subscription levels. Features, prices, limits, verification badges, categories, and availability may change over time. Some features may require payment, identity, account, or payment-method verification.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Pricing

Paid and free tiers may be offered through a third-party payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and may include base pricing, promotional pricing, or limited-time discounts. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscription pricing is monthly.

• You authorize Nuzler and its payment provider to process charges, renewals, tax, and payment verification associated with your selected plan.
• A plan shown as free may still require payment-method verification where supported by checkout.
• Plan changes, cancellations, refunds, renewals, and failed payments may affect account access or feature availability.
• We may change pricing or plan features, but changes will apply as required by law and payment-provider rules.

Newsletter Receiving and Import Features

Optional Service

Nuzler may provide tools that help publishers receive, review, import, draft, schedule, or publish newsletter-style content. By using these features, you:

• Authorize Nuzler to process the newsletter and account information needed to provide the feature
• Understand that content you save, draft, publish, or otherwise process may become part of your Nuzler workspace
• Understand that published Nuzlers may be publicly visible and may include source attribution, publisher information, links, and media
• Can disconnect supported providers or stop using the feature subject to account, billing, and platform requirements

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create, import, publish, renuze, comment on, or otherwise make available through Nuzler. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish your content and that your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

• Respect original authors, publishers, intellectual property rights, and privacy rights.
• Do not remove or falsify source information in a misleading way.
• Do not use Nuzler to distribute spam, scams, malware, unlawful content, or deceptive material.

Third-Party Provider Requirements

Your use of third-party email, payment, identity, hosting, analytics, or other providers remains subject to those providers' own terms, privacy policies, account settings, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party services, provider outages, provider decisions, or content outside Nuzler's control.

Content Guidelines

Acceptable Use

You may use Nuzler to share content that is:

• Original content you created
• Content you have permission to share
• Properly attributed content where appropriate
• Compliant with applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
• Violates privacy rights of others
• Contains adult content or material inappropriate for all audiences
• Attempts to expose, bypass, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with Nuzler's systems or security controls

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Collect user information without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Probe, scrape, copy, clone, or exploit Nuzler in a way that violates these Terms, harms users, or abuses the service

Intellectual Property

Content Rights and Source Attribution

You retain ownership of content that you create yourself and make available on Nuzler. Content that originates from another publisher, brand, author, newsletter, website, or other source remains subject to the rights of that original source and any applicable third-party rights. Publishing, importing, renuzing, or sharing source-attributed content on Nuzler does not transfer ownership of that content to the publishing account.

By submitting, saving, publishing, importing, renuzing, or otherwise making content available through Nuzler, you grant Nuzler a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt for formatting, preserve source attribution, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the service. This license is limited by any rights held by original source publishers or other third parties.

• This license allows Nuzler to display content made available through your account on feeds, profiles, single Nuzler pages, search, previews, and sharing surfaces.
• This license continues for content that remains published, shared, backed up, cached, or reasonably retained for legal, security, operational, or archival reasons.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important content.

Platform Rights

Nuzler and its licensors own the platform, software, design, branding, user interface, workflows, systems, non-public processes, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from Nuzler's non-public functionality, design, or proprietary materials except as allowed by law.

Public Content and Attribution

Nuzler is built around public publishing and source context. Published content may identify the publishing account, source publisher, category, timestamps, interaction counts, links, and related public metadata. Source labels and public profile links are provided for context and may not imply endorsement, partnership, or authorization by the original source unless expressly stated.

Platform Integrity

You may not use Nuzler to compromise, copy, overload, or manipulate the service. Prohibited activity includes:

• Attempting to discover, extract, or disclose credentials, confidential platform materials, non-public technical information, or security-sensitive information
• Bypassing access controls, rate limits, moderation systems, payment requirements, or account restrictions
• Using automated systems to scrape content or user data in violation of these Terms
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with availability, integrity, or security

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Nuzler available, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the service
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Permanent availability of any specific feature

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, feeds, pricing, account tiers, publisher tools, integrations, or moderation controls.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review and moderate content posted on the platform
• Remove, hide, limit, relabel, or reduce distribution of content that violates these Terms or platform policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Content moderation may be performed by automated systems, human reviewers, or a combination of both.

Third-Party Services

Nuzler may integrate with third-party services for email connectivity, payments, hosting, analytics, security, communications, and other platform functions. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions.

Disclaimers

Nuzler is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding service availability or reliability
• Warranties that the service will meet your requirements
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of user-generated content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuzler shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from user-generated content
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service (if any)

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuzler from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Content you post or import
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

By Us

We may terminate, suspend, remove, or restrict any publisher account, profile, content, feature access, or distribution if, in our reasonable judgment, doing so is appropriate to protect Nuzler, users, original source publishers, platform integrity, legal compliance, brand safety, or the quality of the service. This may include situations where you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited conduct
• Pose a security risk to the platform
• Have been inactive for an extended period

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• Your content may be removed from the platform
• Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction.
